Course Description
Challenge the status quo sounds very promising, but it takes new ways of thinking, courage, humility, patience and resilience from individuals and teams to make the shift happen for their organization.
To overcome the institutional inertia, and successfully drive culture change, you need to manage the 5 Pillars of the Mindset Shift Ecosystem framework.
In workshop, teams will strengthen their collective capabilities to drive change within their organizations, by designing the strategy and anticipating the common pitfalls of strategy implementation.

Participants will learn how to use a proven framework for strategy designing and implementation to drive change at their organizations

Develop the tools and metrics that will support implementation
